Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. You then have another 14 days to return the product to us.

2. Refund Process We will credit the full order amount, including initial shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving your return, provided the product is returned in good condition.

3. Return Shipping Costs Please note that the costs for returning the product from your home to our warehouse are at your own expense, unless the product is faulty or damaged.

4. Condition of Goods To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
